Dawn's Veggie Soup

Ingredients
2 Zucchini (about 6 inches long)1 yellow squash (about 6 inches long)2 carrots1 medium onion1/4 lb. fresh green beans, cut in half1 cup celery3 cloves crushed garlic4 cups chicken broth1 46oz can V8
Directions
Chop all vegetables in good-sized chunks. Add vegetables and chicken broth to a dutch oven and bring to a boil. Add the entire can of V8 and let simmer until vegetables are however you prefer.

This recipe comes out rather high in sodium, so feel free to substitute low-sodium broth & V8 if needed.
