1 cup Spinach, cooked 4 tbsp chia seeds 1 cup Coconut Milk (Silk) 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 8 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT) 1 tsp Baking Soda .50 tsp Nutmeg, ground .5 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
mix dry ingredients, chop spinach, mix eggs, add together, cook until brown on both sides
