Oatmeal Banana-Apple Cookies

Ingredients
* 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour * 1 1/2 cups instant oats * 1 tsp cinnamon * 1 tsp baking powder * 1/2 tsp baking soda * 1/2 tsp of salt * 2/3 cup soy milk * 1/4 cup Splenda * 1 tbsp oil * 1 egg * 1/2 cup finely chopped apple * 1/2 cup mashed banana(Optional 1/4 C. chopped walnuts)
Directions
1. Mix dry ingredients, add remaining ingredients. Batter should be lumpy.

2. Spray cooking spray on large cookie sheet. Drop 1-1/2" in diameter dollops on cookie sheet leaving half inch space between them.

3. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Makes about two dozen.
