Ingredients
2.25 cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Baking Flour (1 to 1 ratio of reg flour) (by TRICIARICE) 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Ginger, ground .5 tsp Cloves, ground .125 tsp Salt (table) (by CYNDYY1) 1 cup, packed Brown Sugar 12 tbsp Shortening, Crisco 4 tbsp Molasses 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Sift together the dry ingredients into a bowl, except the brown sugar, and set aside. Then in another bowl cream together the remaining, brown sugar, shortening molasses, and 1 egg. When well blended add the flour mix and blend till well combined. Shape dough into balls placing them on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in a preheated oven at 375F(190c) for 10-12min until set.

to add an extra sweetness to the cookie you can roll in sugar before baking. This will cause the top to crack like a crinkle cookie.
