Ingredients
1 package (4-serving) vanilla instant pudding mix2.5 cups frozen strawberries (thawed)1 cup thawed whipped cream1 package (10 oz) round angel food cakeabout 10 fresh strawberries
Directions
Prepare angel food cake mix as directed and let cool completely and remove from pan.
Mix dry pudding mix and strawberries with juice in medium bowl. Gently stir in whipped topping.
Cut cake horizontally into 2 layers. Place bottom cake layer, cut side up, on serving plate; top with half of the pudding mixture. Place other half of the cake on top. Cover top of cake with remaining pudding mixture. Refridgerate for at least 1 hour. Garnish with fresh strawberries just before serving. Refridgerate leftovers.
