Anchovy and Breadcrumb cake in Mediterrean style

Ingredients
1000 grams Anchovy (anchovies) 100 grams Bread, italian 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 50 grams Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned 1 serving Origan séché (by THIERRY30) 50 mL Lemon Juice
Directions
Clean the anchovies and rinse them under running water.

Arrange in a baking tin a layer of anchovies and a layer of breadcrumbs, sprinkle with lemon juice until you finish all your ingredients.

Top with some breadcrumbs and a generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and origan.

Bake in preheated oven to 180°C for about 25 minutes, until the fish is cooked and golden on top.
