Bak Kut Teh (Pork Herbal Soup)

Ingredients
30 cloves Garlic 16 oz Pork Riblet 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 0.50 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce 0.50 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Dark Soy Sauce 2016 6.50 cup Water bottle w/ filtered water 1 serving Tean’s Gourmet Herbs & Spices for soup 35g/packet
Directions
In a large pot, boil 2 filter bags Tean's Gourmet Herbs & Spices for soup in 6.5 cups of water for 30 minutes.

Add in 1 kg pork ribs after cut to preferred size. Add in 3 whole garlic bulbs, 1.5 tsp dark & light soy sauce, 2 tbsp oyster sauce to the boiling soup.

Simmer for 1 hour. Serve hot with white rice.
