Ingredients
2 cups heavy cream 1 cup 1% milk1 tbsp heavy cream3/4 cup sugar1 tsp vanilla
Directions
mix ingredients in mixing bowl until well blended. Add to ice cream maker. Let churn for 20-25 minutes. Transfer into container and freeze. Makes 10 1/2 cup servings.

    This recipe was simple, and delicious! Certainly not health food, but it's fine to indulge every once in a while, and this has no weird preservatives or chemicals. I'll be making it again soon! If it's not as thick as you'd like, put it in a container and freeze it! - 7/14/08

    This recipe will add to your waistline. It is the basic vanilla recipe from cuisanart. It doesnt work well at all and it doesnt thicken properly. - 7/11/08
