Sprinkle Dill seed into almond milk and feel free to add a dash of lemon zest if desired (optional).
Bring Almond milk to a gentle boil in a small saucepan. While doing so, melt down the butter and rapidly stir in the coconut flour until the thickness of glue.
Add 'glue-like' mixture to boiling milk, stirring constantly to keep smooth. Do not allow it to lump.
Remove from heat, immediately and serve over fish.
