Broiled Summer Steak Tips

Ingredients
16.0 oz Beef, Sirloin Tips4.0 oz Onion, sweet, raw1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh1.0 ear, large (7-3/4" to 9" long) yields Sweet Corn, Fresh1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Cut mushrooms in half. Cut onion into thick slabs. Cut corn off cob. Place veggies and steak on baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Broil until meat is cooked to your liking and veggies are done.
