1 Serving(s) Kroger Medium Eggs 1.15 serving Odom's Tennessee Pride Mild Sausage Patties (2 patties) 1 tbsp Best Choice Bacon Bits 0.3 serving(s) Best Choice LF Mexican Shred Cheese 0.3 cup Simple Truth Unsweetened Almond Milk (1 cup = 8 oz) 1 tbsp Dehydrated Onion
Directions
Brown Sausage & drain. Mix all ingredients together & pour evenly into 6 Muffin cups sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes or just until eggs are no longer liquid.
