1.0 tbsp Anise Seed1.0 tbsp Cumin seed1.0 tbsp Fennel seed16.0 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean2.0 serving Annie's organic tomato soup3.5 serving dark red kidney beans-simple truth organic2.0 serving Amy's organic chili3.0 serving hunts organic diced tomatoes2.0 tbsp chili powder1.0 tbsp paprika, smoked
First, toast all spices on a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. A soon as you smell them richly, transfer them to a large pot, add all other ingredients except for turkey, and stir. Put over medium high heat to boil while sauteing turkey on the skillet you used to toast spices. While sauteing, chop turkey into fine grounds with spatula. When the turkey is fully cooked, add to pot, reduce heat to low-medium, cover, and simmer for an hour or so. Serve it up.
