Glazed Cod

Ingredients
3 Tbsp soy sauce2 Tbsp brown sugar1 Tbsp honey1 tsp minced garlic4-4 ounce cod fillets
Directions
Serves 4

Combine first four ingredients in a small bowl. Microwave 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds.

Place fish on a broiler pan; brush fish with sugar mixture. Broil 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting occasionally with remaining sugar mixture.

    The flavor of the sauce is good on its own, but the sauce doesn't really "stick" to the fish, so the fish doesn't have much flavor once it is done. This might be better on an more oily fish! - 10/7/08
