Ingredients
16 oz Ground Turkey - 97% fat free extra lean white turkey 2.5 serving Cabbage (1 cup, shredded) 1 cup, chopped Kale 3 cup Stewed Tomatoes 1 cup Minute ready to serve white & red quinoa 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Directions
Brown turkey and onion. Simmer until meat is cooked, add cabbage and kale. Cover and cook until kale is wilted; add stewed tomatoes, mash slightly with potato masher and simmer until cabbage is cooked through. Stir in rice, cover and let sit until rice is warmed through. Serving Size: Makes approx. 8 1 cup servings
