Tuna and Vegetables pasta

Ingredients
1 can Tuna, Canned in Water, drained 2.5 cups of dry penne pasta1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes 2 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 4 cup Spinach, fresh 1 tbsp Parsley 1 cup, grated Carrots, raw 0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 clove Garlic 1 1tsp Canola Oil 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp of Italian seasoning
Directions
Boil pasta a pinch of salt and oil
Steam/ boil broccoli with a pinch of salt and pepper
Add thinly sliced onions to a pan with oil on medium heat
Add tomato
Stir for 2 mins
Add chopped garlic
Add steamed broccoli
Add drained canned tuna
Add italian seasoning while strirring for 2-5 mins
Add cooked pasta and stir
Add spinach and stir till wilted
Add carrots
Add a pinch of salt to taste
Switch off gas
Add chopped fresh parsley
