Turkey Cutlet Shepherds Pie

Ingredients
10 oz leftover Turkey, Honeysuckle White, All Natural, Lean Turkey Breast Cutlets, Boneless, Skinless 0.5 cup Peas, frozen 0.5 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 1 cup Green Beans (snap) .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 oz Fairlife - 2% Milk (Ultra Filtered) 1 cup Soup, chicken broth, canned, less/reduced sodium 1 tbsp Argo 100% Pure Corn Starch 1.25 cup Mashed Potatoes .5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
Directions
In broiler safe skillet saute onion til soft, add carrots and half the broth and simmer for 10 minutes. Add remaining vegetables and simmer 5 minutes. Add turkey and simmer until bubbling. Mix corn starch and remaining broth and add to pan, cook until thickened. Drop mounds of potato on top and broil until golden.
