Mediterranean Tuna Salad with Chickpeas Low FODMAP

Ingredients
439 grams Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 10 oz Wild Planet Wild Albacore Tuna, no salt (by GABAY29) .5 cup onion scallion, spring chopped (100g) (by !RENEE) 2 large whole (3" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes 150 grams Cucumber (with peel) 4 tbsp Red Wine & Olive Oil Vinegarette, 1 tbsp (by DJFRMCHINCHILLA) 48 gram Bob's Red Mill Tri-Color Quinoa 1/4 cup/48g Dry (by TWOCHICSENL) OreganoSaltPepper
Directions
Gently stir the drained chickpeas, tuna, scallions tops, tomatoes and cucumber. Dress lightly with vinaigrette and season with oregano, salt & pepper. Refrigerate for up to 3 days.
