14 oz Ground beef, lean 4 tbsp Butter, salted 0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 2 cup Milk, 1% 344 gram(s) Tater Tots- Ore Ida (1 serving = 9 tater tots)
Brown the beef in a pan. Add the butter and melt, stir in the flour, cook for two minutes. Pour the milk in slowly and stir constantly until thick. This is when you can add vegetables. Place in a greased baking pan, place the tater tots on top. Bake at 375 degrees F. for about a hour.
