Seaweed & Egg Drop Soup

Ingredients
3 cloves og garlic1 medium chicken egg5 g seaweed or 10 g if dried1 stock cube400ml water
Directions
Slice the garlic and let simmer in water and crumbled stock cube for 15 mins
Then add seaweed (if dried, make sure it has been soaked for a few minutes before hand)
Let simmer for 10 mins then break the egg in and stir it for marble effect.
No salt necessary. Enjoy!
