Sharon's Sourdough Bread

Ingredients
6 cup Whole Wheat Flour 10 tbsp Butter, unsalted 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .25 cup Honey 2 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
Directions
mix 1.5 c sourdough starter, 3 c flour and 2 c milk. Let sit overnight.
Add butter, eggs, honey (and an optional tablespoon of salt), mix and knead. Let rise until double, then pour into pans and let rise again. Bake 35-40 minutes at 375.

Serving Size: makes 2 loaves, 16 oz each for a total of 32 servings. One serving is .03 of the total recipe.
