Moroccan carrot soup

Ingredients
2 tbsp Butter, unsalted 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2.5 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared 2 clove Garlic 2 tsp ground tumeric (by INSPIREDBYCHJ) 1.5 tsp Cumin seed 4 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice .25 tsp Allspice .50 cup, chopped Kale .50 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw .50 cup Leeks .50 cup Lentils
Directions
Sauté onions, add carrots and other Vegs, if desired. Cook for 5 mins. Add stock, and spices. Cooking until Vegs are soft. Serve with sour cream or yoghurt
