Lemony Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
1 can artichokes in water2 garlic cloves1 /2 lemon, seeds and skin removed3 tablespoons of olive oilRed Pepper Flakes (optional) - I like to use these for an extra kick.
Directions
Drain the water
add all ingredients except for 1 tablespoon of olive oil into a food processor and process until desired consistency.
Place in a small bowl and add remaining olive oil on top
