Ingredients
1 medium potato peeled and diced (1/2" cubes)1/2 Green Peppers chopped1/2 Onion slice about 1/4" Pepper, black, 1 dash 1/2 Garlic clove minced
Directions
Place diced potato in a microwave safe dish. Cook on high 1 min. 30 sec. Pre-heat frying pan at medium heat. Spray with non fat cooking spray. Add potatoes (can sprinkle some butter buds if preferred), cook until tender. add remaining ingredients and cook until done to your taste.
