Fat Head Pepperoni Pizza

Ingredients
2 tbsp Cream Cheese 1.5 cup Cheese - Kraft Mozzerella Shredded 3 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Garlic powder .75 cup Prego Pizza Sauce (by BEMBLEY) 2 cup Cheese - Kraft Mozzerella Shredded 20 slice (1-3/8" dia x 1/8" thick Pepperoni
Directions
Preheat over 425-
microwave 1.5 mozzerella and cream cheese 1minute-stir
microwave 30 seconds and stir. add almond flour and egg. stir.
place on parchment paper and cover with saran wrap. roll out dough- i use a can to roll it out. sprinkle with garlic powder to taste
poke holes in dough with fork- bake 8-9 minutes
add pizza toppings- sauce, cheese , pepperoni, etc- bake another 8 minutes
