Grilled Chicken & Vegetables

Ingredients
6 oz Chicken Breast2 cups Whole Wheat Bowtie Pasta1 Whole Red Pepper1 Whole Yellow Pepper10 Asparagus Spears2 Cups sliced Mushrooms1 Red Onion1 Bottle (24 oz) Balsamic Vinegrette Dressing
Directions
Cook pasta according to directions, set aside. Meanwhile cut all remaining ingredients into chunk-size bites and marinade at room temperature in dressing at least 1 hour. Using either a cast-iron skillet on the grill - OR - non-stick pan on the stovetop, cook ingredients until chicken is cooked through. Spoon over cooked pasta, season with salt & pepper. ENJOY!
