Salt & Pepper Pork

Ingredients
2 lb pork sirloin tip roast (sliced thin)1/2 cup coconut flour 1/2 tsp kosher salt1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (or fresh cayenne)1/2 cup avocado oil2 tsp sesame oil
Directions
Combine the sliced pork, coconut flour, salt, cayenne pepper in a medium bowl and toss to coat. Heat the avocado oil and sesame oil in a heavy skillet over medium high heat until shimmering. Add the coated pork and fry until crispy and cooked through – about four minutes. Remove the crispy pork from the pan and set aside.
