Ingredients
1100 grams Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 5 large Egg white, fresh 200 grams Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain 2 tsp Paprika 1 tbsp Pepper, black
Directions
1.- Clean and chop the breasts into pieces. Preheat oven to 250ºC
2.- Season the breadcrumbs
3.- Bread the nuggets with the egg whites, and the breadcrumbs.
4.- Cook in the oven for about 10-15m
