Zucchini chicken parm

Ingredients
3.0 cup, sliced Zucchini4.0 tsp Garlic5.0 serving delgrosso pepperoni flavor pasta sauce2.0 cup Hanover Riced Cauliflower32.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted2.5 serving casa mamita diced tomatoes with green chilies8.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
Directions
Thinly slice zucchini, cook in pan for a few minutes until desired consistency. Cook chicken in preferred method. Add the riced cauliflower to the pan with the zucchini, add garlic, let all cook for a few minutes. Add pasta sauce and cheese. When chicken is done, chop and add to the pan as well. Enjoy!
