1 cup Ricotta Cheese, whole milk
5 tbsp MCT oil
3 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
3 tsp Baking Powder
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
.66 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
8 tbsp Chopped mixed nuts (by WOTSHEWROTE)
mix eggs, add other ingredients, bake at 400% for approx. 25 min
Serving Size: 12 large, flattish muffins good for adding butter, or creamcheese
