6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 cups Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 1 cup Ricotta Cheese, whole milk 5 tbsp MCT oil 3 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 3 tsp Baking Powder 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract .66 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 8 tbsp Chopped mixed nuts (by WOTSHEWROTE)
