Chicken, Egg White Salad

Ingredients
8 oz Chicken breast, with skin, baked (no bone) 1 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per Pears, fresh 1 serving White Seedless Grapes (15 Grapes) .3 tbsp Onions, dehydrated flakes 1 oz Celery Flakes (by MELANIELOGAN74) 2 tbsp *Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise) .5 oz (20 halves) Pecans 1 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend 1.3 cup microwaved poached egg whites (1/3 cup= 2 eggs) (by BELLSH1BELL)
Directions
Poach egg whites for 7 minutes, and cut into bite size pieces.
Use pre-cooked, prepared Chicken breast, and cut into bite size pieces.
Cut up pear, grapes and pecan into small bites.
In a medium size mixing , mix together eggs, chicken, pears, grapes, pecans. Sprinkle with onion, celery, and Mrs Dash seasoning.
Then once all is mixed well for flavors to combine, stir in the mayo.
Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.
