02 cup 1 Minute Quick Oats (100% Rolled Oats) 6 prune Prunes, dried .5 cup, whole Almonds 30 gram Swad Ginger powder 10g = 0.35oz (by PROVERBS31JULIA) 2 tbsp Chia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp .67 cup Libby's 100% pure canned pumpkin 2 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
Put all ingredients except cocoa powder in food processor.
Pulse until it looks like cookie dough.
Add almond butter if too dry.
Add rolled oats if too sticky.
Put into a bowl.
Form into balls and roll in cocoa powder.
Chill in refrigerator for at least one hour.
Serving Size: makes 18 balls
