0.75 cup Steelcut Oats (Arrowmills) (by JPEISNER) 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 8 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla 1 cup Libby's Pumpkin Puree (by SUNNYDAYDAYCARE) 4 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 0.5 tsp Ginger, ground 0.25 tsp Nutmeg, ground 0.25 tsp Cloves, ground 0.25 tsp Salt
