Breakfast Hash Bowl

Ingredients
2 cup Cauliflower, Frozen, Kroger 1 tbsp KROGER EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL .75 serving 3 Pepper & Onion Blend, Kroger (frozen) - 1 cup 2 large Fried Egg 1 serving Egg white, large .5 oz Athenos Reduced Fat Feta Cheese .125 tsp Garlic powder
Directions
Cook frozen cauliflower on med-high break larger bits into bite size pieces, allow outside to char. Add peppers & onions (and sausage of choice) when cauliflower is 3/4 done. Cook till done. Put on plate. Top with feta. Fry 3 eggs, ditch one yolk, (as desired). Serve atop hash. Top with fresh cracked pepper. Add your meat (if any) to recipe nutritional info!
