Flaxbread - microwaveable, Atkins friendly

Ingredients
4 Tablespoon_m(s) flat T of seeds ground to flour Flax Seeds1/2 Teaspoon_m(s) heaped teaspoons baking powder2 Tablespoon_m(s) melted butter2 medium egg4 Tablespoon_m(s) cold water
Directions
Mix ingredients thoroughly and place in microwaveable container.
I use a square dish approximately 5" x 3" x 3" height.
Microwave for 4 minutes.
Turn out onto a rack to cool.
Can be stored in an airtight container for several days if required.
Will keep for longer in a refrigerator
