Hazelnut Cake

Ingredients
6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 200 grams Powdered Sugar 30 mL Rum 1.33 cup, ground Hazelnuts 0.50 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 3 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
PREHEAT OVEN: 180°Celsius or 350°Fahrenheit
Grease and flour a 26cm springform pan

Mix eggs, powder sugar and rum until frothy
Add nuts
Sift flour & baking powder into the mix
Stir thoroughly

Pour into prepared pan

Bake for 45 - 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean

Remove from springform
Cool on rack

Dust with powder sugar (optionale)

Serving Size: 12 slices cut from a 26cm springform pan
