Fresh vegetable soup

Ingredients
2 clove Garlic 2 carrot Carrots, cooked 3 cup, sliced Zucchini 2 cup, shredded Cabbage, savoy, fresh 2 cup Cauliflower, raw 2 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 2 tsp Thyme, fresh 6 cup Vegetable Broth 2 tbsp Parsley .5 tsp Salt .25 tsp Pepper, black .5 fl oz Lemon Juice
Directions
Put garlic, vegetables, thyme and broth into a large soup pot. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce to low heat and simmer, partly covered, about 10 minutes. Stir in the parsley or chives, season to taste
