Homemade Baked "Fried" Chicken

2 tsp Mrs Dash Italian Medley 1 tsp Salt 2 tsp Pepper, black .25 cup Milk, 1% 4 - 4 oz Chicken - Boneless & Skinless Breast
- Preheat oven to 400
- Using a cooking sheet, cover with aluminum foil
- In a baggy, mix together dry ingredients
- Pour milk in a shallow bowl
- Dip chicken in milk, then place in baggy with dry mix
- Shake until covered with dry mix
- Place chicken on aluminum foil covered baking sheet, each evenly spaced apart
- Place in oven, and cook for 20 to 25 minutes, until fully cooked (no pink in center)
