I have always put one egg in my tuna salad. I also put chopped onion, celery, and relish. Put 1/4 cup on slice of bred, top with cheese and toast in the toaster oven. I call them "Tuna Melts". (Of course, you use low-fat or no fat for the cheese.) - 4/14/09

Ok, I am in love with this recipe. Only thing I added was finely diced onion and it was PERFECT! Blogging about it this week, that's how impressed I am!

This recipe is simple, I know, but it's just right. Try it, you'll see! - 8/15/10

This is a very good tuna salad. Only wish I could eat more - LOL. Nice for a salad with soup, or just a light sandwich. I added nothing as I AM trying to lose, so no need to add calories and/or fat. Possibly some dill next time or some onion (just a little). Great recipe! - 1/4/12

Really enjoyed this recipe ! At first, I thought that it would be horrible with mustard (I am not a fan of mustard), but I really liked it. Thanks to all for the suggestions, I will try it with onions/celery next time. - 7/30/12

Hate to be a downer, but the calorie count is too low, and it's not the submitter's fault. If you check calorie breakdown by serving, it says 49 for tuna, 35 for hard boiled egg, and 17 for the mayo. The other items are zero calories. If you add 49, 35 and 17, you get 101, not 85. ???

Great tuna and hard boiled egg combination. YUMMY!! For more flavor I added Lemon Pepper, Mrs Dash Original Blend and added my favorite vegges. Served it on a multi-grain flatbread with Flax. Very filling. Thank you for sharing this recipe. - 4/24/12

I made this for lunch, and I enjoyed it very much. I added some diced onion to it for extra flavor and crunch and served it on a Nature's Own Healthy Multigrain Sandwich Round with spring lettuce mix. :) - 7/29/11

Sometimes I add dill, finely chopped celery and/or sweet relish w/ Splenda for variety, and drain and rinse to reduce sodium, but this is my basic go-to great tuna salad recipe! Thank you! - 10/8/10

I love tuna salad. Usually my parents make it so I never really paid attention to how they did it. This was wonderful and even my parents enjoyed it :) - 6/4/12

very very good, and needed little extra. it's tangy enough as it is, but i also throw in Cavender's 'all purpose Greek seasoning,' which definitely puts it in the 5-star rating - 1/26/12
