Ingredients
1 cup Quinoa, dry6 tbsp Pomegranate Arils 3 tbsp Pistachio Nuts, shelled3 green onion stalks, chopped 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Cook quinoa according to package directions. Set aside to cool.
Stir in green onions and olive oil. Fold in pomegranate arils and pistachios.
