Ingredients
5 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh 8 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1.5 cup Campbell's low sodium chicken broth 4 tsp Dijon Mustard (Great Value) 0.05 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 tbsp Parsley, dried 2 tbsp Garlic powder 3 tsp Aldi Minced Garlic (by LTPACE610) 2 dash Salt 4 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Use your seasonings on your chicken (both sides)
Roast your minced garlic and chicken, making sure the chicken is cooked through (put to side)
Add your mushrooms straight to pan keeping the juices and the brown pieces
Once your mushrooms are cooked add in the chicken broth (you can switch up and add 1 cup of chicken broth with a 1/2 cup of dry white wine but I drank all of my wine so I used 1 1/2 cups of broth, lol)
Add in 4 tsps of dijon mustard
1 tbs of flour and your parsley, stirring it while it simmers and gets thicker
Once it's slowly bubbling add your chicken back in and let it all simmer together
YUMMMMYYYY!!!
