Shredded Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 oz Prosciutto 2 tbsp Butter, salted 453.5 grams Brussels sprouts, fresh 1.5 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 0.25 tsp Lawrys Seasoned Salts 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Core and shred brussel sprouts. Mince green onions.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the prosciutto and saute for 3 minutes, until crisp. Drain and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add brussel sprouts and green onions to the pan and season with seasoned salt and black pepper (to taste). Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, until sprouts are wilted and tender.

Stir in prosciutto just before serving.
