2 tsp Swerve granular natural sweetener (by HAPPYPHANTOM66) 4 tbsp Great Value Real Mayonnaise 1 cup Cauliflower, raw 1 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 1 tbsp NOW MCT OIL 6 tsp Bacon (Harmel) real bacon bites for salads
In a small bowl, mix the Mayo, swerve and MCT oil. Let sit. Cut broccoli and Cauliflower up small. Toss in bacon. Toss in dressing.
This salad is good the first day, and even better the second day!
