Rice and Shrimp

Ingredients
3 T olive oil1 T margarine1 medium onion sliced2 cloves of garlic1 can chicken broth3 C minute rice2 Lb shrimp deveined and peeled1/2 bag peas
Directions
heat olive oil and margerine, add onions and garlic. Once onion is translucent add shrimp. Saute until shrimp are pink. Remove shrimp (onions will come too) add broth and bring to a boil. Add peas, for a minute then add rice, shrimp (in that order) turn off stove, then cover pan, let sit approximately 5 minutes until rice is soft
