Ingredients
16 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream 1 serving Knox unflavored gelatin (1 envelope/7g/1 Tbsp)1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract 2 Tbsp water (for gelatin)
Directions
Combine gelatin with 2 tbsps of cool water in a separate dish.

Bring cream and vanilla extract to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for several minutes.

Remove from heat and add gelatin. Stir until completely dissolved.

Pour into 6 serving dishes and let cool completely, then refrigerate for 2-3 hours (up to overnight) before serving.
