0.67 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 0.25 tsp Pepper, black 2 serving Bay Prime Tilapia Frozen Fillets (one fillet serving size cmr)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Coat aluminum foil with nonstick cooking spray.
Place the fillets on the foil.
Drizzle with the oil and sprinkle with pepper.
Fold the foil over the fillets and place on a baking dish.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish is flaky when forked.
Serving Size: Makes 2 Fillets or 2 servings
