Ingredients
6 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk 56 gram(s) aldi cream cheese (by ONESTEPCLOSER3) .25 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters) 24 tbsp great value almond flour (by CHIROCW) 3 tsp Great Value Baking Powder (by ARUBALOVER)
Directions
Melt cheeses in microwave.

Stir in egg.

Add dry ingredients.

Mix until dough and then hand mix - my first attempt was 20 mixes.
