Cheesy Ranch Chicken & Broccoli (Keto friendly)

Ingredients
3 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted 1 serving ranch dressing, dry packet (by JONI606) 6 oz Cream Cheese .75 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 2 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 6 medium slices, cooked (raw pro Bacon, pork, microwaved 2.5 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Cook chicken in slow cooker on high for 3.5 hours. You can used chicken broth if you like. Add salt and pepper as desired.
Remove chicken and shred.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook bacon in your desired manner. (I microwaved)
In skillet, melt 2 tablesppons butter.
Add ranch seasoning, cream cheese, cream , (2/3 c chicken broth if you like yours more liquidy-I dont. So I left it out), 1/4 cup of crumbled bacon and 1/2 cup of cheese.
Cook on low for 5 minutes
You can use a bag of steamed broccoli or steam your own.
Pit everything in 9 x 11 casserole dish and combine.
Add 2 cups of cheese and 1/2 cup of bacon to the top.
Cook for 25 minutes.
Broil for the last 2-3 minutes until cheese is bubbly and bacon is browned.
