2.25 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 1.50 cup Beans, black 4 serving Brown Rice, Great Value Natural Whole Grain Rice - 1/4 cup dry 1.50 cup Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomato 16 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast - Raw (by LAURIE32) 10 grams Extra Virgin Olive Oil 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 serving Great Value canned Whole Leaf Spinach
Directions
Saute chicken in instant pot in oil to brown, soften onion for 1-2 minutes, add rice and toast slightly. Add seasonings, drained tomatoes and beans, and chicken broth. Cook on high pressure for 20 minutes
