Sweet Paul Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Pears and Pomegranate

Ingredients
10 oz Roasted Brussels Sprouts 3 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Kirkland (1 tbsp=3tsp) 1 tsp Thyme, fresh 2 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per Pears, fresh 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 0.5 cup Pomegranate, half cup arils (seed/juice sacs)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400oF.
Place Brussels sprouts in a large mixing bowl. Add oil, thyme, pears, salt, and pepper.
Mix well and place all the ingredients on a roasting pan.
Roast until tender, about 25 minutes.
Place in a serving bowl, and top with pomegranate seeds.
