Ingredients
293 grams Crushed Tomatoes 3 cup Red Pack Whole Peeled Plum Tomatoes 3 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes 453 grams Italian Sausage, pork 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 3 tsp Granulated Sugar 2 cloves Garlic
Directions
Cook meat, diced onion and garlic. Drain.
Add 28oz cans of tomatoes (crushed, diced and whole) with juices.
Add 1tbsp italian seasoning and 1 tbsp sugar.
bring to boil and then simmer (LOW) until reduced to desired thickness (2-4 hours)
